Specialized training sessions designed to improve skills, strength, and endurance to excel on the ice. Coach Riley will assess and create a plan that best suits your goals. This training can be schedule at Pines Ice Area in Pembroke Pines and if you frequent the following locations, it can be arranged: Boca Ice, Coral Springs Sportsplex, or FTL War Memorial.
